In my current role, I strive to help teachers succeed by working together to find innotivate, research-backed solutions. As Dean of Faculty, I was also the coordinating teacher for the high school. This is a multifaceted role that included mentoring teachers, creating and running professional development sessions, hired and onboarded new staff, and helped teachers troubleshoot issues in their classroom. It is my goal to facilitate learning and to create partnerships and build a community that is excited to learn together.
