Farm management proper strategies have been developed (number of staff per farm, responsibilities of each position, farm operating seasonal protocols, cattle movement throughout the year, pasture management). SOPs has been created that have been officially nominated as company protocols for each step within farm operation and cattle handling (still operating upon those SOPs). Proper cattle nutrition mixes have been developed targeting proper weight gain according to each season and weather conditions.
