I lead partnership development and project implementation for several cross-team, place based housing repair and rehab projects to support energy efficiency, climate resiliency and health. I strategize with organizations as they identify solutions to supplement federal, state, and local funds to improve energy efficiency and climate resilience in low income communities.A keystone initiative of the Sustainable Communities team is the $5 million Innovation Challenge to support organizations designing innovative single-and multi-family affordable housing to increase affordable housing supply, improve credit-building, and increase access to capital to reduce racial disparities in housing.

I cultivated partnerships with community leaders, academics, advocates, policymakers andgovernment sponsored enterprises to promote affordable homeownership. I secured over 2 million dollars in funding to document the impact of affordable housing programs on multiple health outcomes for low-income residents.
