• Management of all community engagement activities for significant Council projects.• Produce communication collateral (online surveys, community newsletters, media releases, website copy and display material) to support Council’s engagement activities.• Manage Council’s online engagement portal, Shape Lake Mac through Engagement HQ.

• Responsible for the consultation and communication activities related to a number of projects on behalf of Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC), Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and Department of Finance.

• Prepare community consultation plans for key projects, and undertake the activities outlined in those plans - notifications, briefings, workshops, community meetings. • Develop communication materials including newsletters, letters, signage and posters, website copy, advertisements, opinion pieces and media releases.• Undertake comprehensive stakeholder scans, identify potential issues and plan ahead to mitigate those issues where possible.
