Music City Loft is a small start up business based in Nashville, Tennessee USA; a premium short term vacation rental business creating a branded offering into the AirBnB / VRBO space to give consumers a true authentic Nashville experience with reassuring quality of stay.Key Responsibilities * Development of Music City loft company strategy, vision and objectives for 2017-2020 to drive the business forward.* Full responsibility for all marketing activities for Music City Loft with main focus on marketing communications, brand awareness and customer acquisition retention and repeat. * Ownership, management and content creation for all digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Plus the relaunch of Music City Loft’s branded website and management of external platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.* Project management of projects including the photography and videography projects, purchase of new properties and renovation of existing properties within a very restricted budget and tight timings.* Full accountability for performance tracking at total business level on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis such as rental revenue, profit and investor payouts. Including Marketing specific initiative tracking for example social media. * Management of relationships with local tourist office, media contacts and key influencers in Nashville.* Working closely with customer services and operation team to ensure brand standards are consistent, on brand and of a high standard.* Development of new revenue streams for existing customers and also targeting new customers to fill current gaps.
