The Laureus World Sports Awards is the premier global sports awards honouring the greatest sportsmen and women across all sports each year. I was member of the Talent Management team, looking after the sports celebrities and the international (non sports) celebrities at the event. Duties included: all aspects of guest management such as flight arrangements, airport escorts, hotel bookings, transport details,creating individual guest schedules, liaising with managers and agents regarding rehearsals and scripts, celebrity attendance at various Laureus functions and managing special requirements for various VIP guests Liaising with the PR department to arrange press, TV interviews and photocalls for key sportspeople and some of the actors and actresses attending the event Managing the databases to ensure all the guest information is correct

I worked for Nike at Manchester United Merchandising Limited as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager for 6 months.
