During my time at sixth form, I worked at I Wanna Be Role Play Centre which is an activity Centre for kids which is set up like a miniature village. My main responsibility was working in the café area. I was responsible for taking orders, making coffees, and delivering food. Due to the small size of the company, my role was extremely varied throughout the day and working in such a small team, I had a lot of responsibilities. It helped me understand the level of commitment that is needed to run a business and has made me more flexible and organized in other aspects of my life.

I enjoyed working over the busy Christmas season at my local Tesco’s superstore. It allowed me to gain insight into the responsibility and commitment that comes with being employed. I also really enjoyed meeting new people through the position.
