Summary of Job As an Project Manager, I oversees the day-to-day management, quality assurance and reporting requirements of Poussieres de Vie's Project. I am also directly supervise my team of approximately ten project staff and national and international consultants and will support the coordination of a range of Vietnamese and France partners.My Duties:Human Resource Management- Assist with the recruitment, selection, management and supervision of national and international project staff;- Capacity building and mentoring of national staff team and partners, and in particular the project manager;- Ensure that all national staff and selected partners are aware of, and have the capacity to fulfill, their responsibilities and functional roles for project implementation;- Work as a positive team leader and contribute to the objectives of Poussieres de Vie in Vietnam.Financial Management and Administration- Management of the project budget and approval of requisitions, advances and expenses;- Preparation of costed work plans and submission of timely funds requests;- Regular analysis and narrative reporting on financial reports;- Project financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting in accordance with Danida and Poussieres de Vie requirements;- Development of effective financial and activity planning systems in accordance with Poussieres de Vie in Vietnam’s standards;Child Protection: Poussieres de Vie International in Vietnam is committed to protecting the rights of children in all areas we work around the world.
