Client - Novus InternationalScope of Work: Novus International, Inc. has an existing Methionine facility, located at Chocolate Bayou, Texas that currently produces 280 kmt/yr. As part of the expansion program, Novus is planning to construct a new 100 kmt/yr Methionine plant in Green Lake, Texas. Major physical scope is to develop a green-field site complete with all infrastructures including two process units each integrated into common utilities and controls as well as tie-in into existing plant and third party pipelines for utility and some raw material requirements, and integration of rail, truck and existing barge dock to accommodate the raw material and product loading and unloading requires of Project Newton.Engineering is scheduled to complete by January 2019. Cost: $395 MMResponsibilities: Performed interactive planning sessions to build a CPM FEED schedule, bi weekly schedule updates, and produced internal and client reports; developed schedules for engineering and procurement activities; reviewed staffing/resource forecasts, and produced and analyzed reports. Took over role as lead scheduler. Produced multiple scenario schedules for client as conflicts produced for client resourcing.

Client - MEGlobalScope of Work: MEGlobal has been looking to expand Ethylene Glycol (EG) production in the region and is planning to engineer and construct a grass-roots MonoEthylene Glycol (MEG) plant. The plant will be located on the US Gulf Coast and will be located on an open field site near an existing Dow chemical facility to leverage existing utility supplies and marine loading facilities. The project uses Dow METEOR proprietary technology for the process unit of the plant and will be rated at 750kta total EG – 700kta of MEG, 50kta high purity (99.5%) DEG and 3.5kta polyglycols. Engineering is scheduled to complete by December 2017. Cost: $1,068.5 MMResponsibilities: Performed bi-weekly FEED schedule updates, produced internal and client reports (Mid-Month/Month-End), reviewed staffing/resource forecasts, and assisted with the clean-up using AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) of the EPC portion of the schedule.

Client - ShellScope of Work: The Tiger AO4 Expansion Project will enable strategic growth for business and further monetization of Shell’s advantaged ethylene feedstock by delivering a competitive Linear Alpha Olefins (LAO) project at Geismar in 2018. The project will replicate the Qatari reaction section design, enable recovery of 100 kta of stranded LAO capacity at Geismar, and leverage existing Geismar Growth Program OSBL knowledge.
