I am a commercially focussed, creative leader with broad cross functional knowledge, I have proven success in delivery of targets and growth initiatives from concept through to launch, and I enjoy creating and curating growth strategies.I'm passionate about making a difference, whether that's through success in company revenue growth, championing sustainable initiatives or supporting a team member to get that promotion; I love to strive in all directions for positive change. I was lucky to work for a leader who's mantra was team empowerment, and have never felt more motivated during my career, some of my biggest achievements were during this time and I aim to bring this mentality and space for personal growth to the teams I lead. My background in physical retail transitioning to online has given me a strong grounding in key skills needed for success in business and working in a small business environment has meant I've had exposure to, and worked closely with, all business functions. I love the outdoors, climbing mountains, hiking, exploring and adventure, and have done a few hiking challenges which are among my personal greatest achievements.I appreciate great food, love to cook and can find joy in almost any creative activity from painting to pottery. In a quiet moment I love to read, and having recently relocated to the countryside I've also added gardening to the list of hobbies!
