As Principal Consultant, I led all major client projects in the government sector and across the finance, insurance and manufacturing industries. I worked across the entire lifecycle of the project, from planning and scoping to delivery, including team leadership, business analysis, and stakeholder management.DELIVERY MANAGEMENT– Managed a technical team developing data migration and content conversion tools– Scoping, analysis, and project management for large-scale site migrations (open source and proprietary CMS environments)– Collaboration with client stakeholders and product owners – Designed metadata schemas and information architectures.
