Manager, Passenger Experience and Accessibility working within the Passenger & Network Innovation (PNI) department at Yarra Trams. PNI is accountable for setting the strategy for the future of Melbourne’s’ tram network and it’s a privilege to work for a Melbourne icon, supported by a Keolis Downer, a partnership of world class parent companies. With over 20 years’ experience in stakeholder relations, dispute resolution, customer insights and team management, over 10 years’ experience in the public transport sector and being raised by blind parents, my current role feels like the perfect fit. It’s a critical time for passenger experience in public transport, particularly in the area of accessibility, and I’m enjoying playing a part in making it easier for passengers to choose to travel by tram. I describe myself as a mother, feminist, morning person, collaborator, reader, baker, appreciator of Jazz, equality, pod casts, chips and the peaceful 30 minutes before the family wakes.
