My approach to leading operations in large and complex service organisations starts with two key drivers: customer experience and staff experience. With extensive experience in health across acute care, mental health and community provision, I partner with clinicians from all disciplines, working jointly across organisational boundaries to ensure high standards of patient care. I thrive in face-to-face environments where I can support, problem solve, coach and enable my teams to deliver service level agreements and beyond. I enjoy working with clients and consumers.Most of all, I want to apply my depth of experience in health provision leadership to make a difference in the communities in which I serve.
