Campus, clerk and graduate programs responsibilities include:- Delivering Ashurst's seasonal clerk and graduate programs- Liaising with Law School Societies, legal sector suppliers and Law Faculties to develop strategic plans and activities- Coordinating campus and in-house events to develop Ashurst brand awareness and build talent pipelines- Executing of the Ashurst brand on campus and delivering activities to the highest standard- Managing the seasonal clerk recruitment campaign, including strategic planning, screening, interviewing and offer conversion activities- Planning and delivery of seasonal clerk and graduate on-boarding and induction programs with the national team- Building strong relationships with the partnership to facilitate key activities in an inclusive, efficient and professional way- Being the key HR contact for clerks and graduates, including practice group rotations, performance management, appraisals and settlement Generalist HR responsibilities include:- Processing new starters, departures, staff variations, and employment related paperwork (eg. Letters of Offer and Variation letters) and staff awards- Supporting annual HR programs eg. performance appraisals, remuneration review, national benefits and local and national projects- Managing Practising Certificate renewals for all legal staff and the admission process for graduates- Being an active member of the wider HR team to deliver on shared processes and strategic projects
