Specialist independent adviser providing flexible and tailored roving capacity support to high-level institutions and civil society, including:• Special Adviser to the FCO PSVI team, producing global principles to end stigma associated to sexual violence in conflict.• Led Concern Worldwide’s strategic approach to the London Syria Conference, including authoring an influential research report and follow-up accountability report using field testimony and donor data analysis.• Provided thorough scoping study and analysis of MoD, FCO and DFID to inform World Vision’s policy and advocacy strategy priorities and produced an academic literature review on child soldiers. • Coordinated and produced GCE UK’s submission to INEE’s global consultation on education.

Specialist Policy Adviser, including having advised on strategic approach, positioning and policy analysis for Comic Relief/GSK projects on zero malaria and as a conflict specialist.

• Advised and supported the Director of Advocacy and Communications in maximising GPE’s global advocacy efforts around the 2018 Replenishment Conference (Dakar) and wider strategic priorities.• Devised and led global partner engagement in the conference, overseeing over 50 events for ‘Partners Day’. • Advised on high-level political influencing; including French presidential outreach, by providing key messaging and briefing to Macron for the Climate Change Summit.

[Consultant]• Devised and produced the flagship document (‘Principles for Global Action’) for the Prime Minister's Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict’s global campaign on ending stigma, to be launched at UNGA.• Led and coordinated global consultations and outputs with over 100 survivors, donors, CSO’s and the broader international community, including the Wilton Park conference on stigma.

Sought out by William Hague's team for a contractual secondment to the FCO as a Policy and Communications Advisor on the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict.〈 Seconded in dual-mandate role to Foreign Secretary William Hague’s task team as a specialist advisor delivering the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict. 〈 Led strategic policy development for Summit themes and outcomes, including helping define overarching objectives, developing proposals for practical action and devising and negotiating a joint government policy brief for 1700 ministerial and expert delegates.〈 Project-managed innovative events and global youth engagement in policy outcomes.〈 Planned and implemented high-level ministerial roundtables, generating consensus and political support for neglected issues and developing practical recommendations for action.
