This takes a lot of concentration ensuring the process is followed precisely and methodically. •Plan and prioritise the equipments entire route from validating on bespoke management information system to creating authorised paperwork and transportation. Arrange the equipment to be transported so it can be flown either military or civilian airfreight and flown to the destination. • Provide face to face customer support to local departments who require equipment. This is a target driven process and comes onto a monthly report on the stores KPI's. • Alongside running the store I managed a customer service department within the store so I was at the forefront of any queries which may have been taken higher, I would ensure each customer was 100% satisfied with their experience in store and dealt with each customer in a calm and professional manner.
