My venture into property came about when I moved in with my now husband. Identifying my house was in a great location for renters – in the town centre, within 5 minutes walk of the train station and with a low maintenance yard - I undertook some minor cosmetic work to the property and put it up for rent. It was quickly snapped up and has been rented by the same family for 7 years providing a yield of 5.8%. Seeing the possibilities that can come from property investment I worked hard to broaden my knowledge and became a member of the NRLA in 2020. Since then I have continued my property training whilst building up our property management business. I have sourced deals both through online marketing and direct to vendor, which allowed us to expand the business by taking an additional member of staff. I have an eye for properties that can be turned around either as a Buy-to-Rent or Buy-to-Sell. My previous work as a family Solicitor means I also have a true understanding of the difficulties families face during separations or other life changing events and so strive to offer solutions that will provide swift resolutions, making property issues one less thing to worry about.Ultimately, our goal is to provide a high quality service to investors, landlords and tenants as well as high quality accommodation whether it is single lets or HMO.
