I lead the Development and Alumni team at Said Business School. My team and I deliver activities to ensure that alumni remain engaged and connected with the School for life. By fostering mutually beneficial relationships, we ensure that our global alumni community, together with our our wider community of supporters have the opportunity to support the School’s overall advancement and delivery of strategic goals, so that we remain the best possible School we can be.

I was Development Director and Fellow (trustee) at Worcester College, University of Oxford and led a team that was responsible for all aspects of fundraising and alumni relations.

Working closely with the Director of Global Engagement and Development, Dr Shaun Curtis, I was responsible for leading the fundraising team to deliver the University's most ambitious fundraising Campaign: 'Making the Exceptional Happen', which was launched publicly in Feb 2017 and aimed to raise £60m and secure 60,000 volunteer hours. During my tenure, I led a small team that tripled regular participation in the College's fundraising programme and exponentially increased levels of alumni attendance at College events. I led the College's '125th Anniversary Campaign', which included securing the capital funds required to construct the Dickson Poon University of Oxford China Centre building. During my tenure, I led a small team that tripled regular participation in the College's fundraising programme and exponentially increased levels of alumni attendance at College events. I led the College's '125th Anniversary Campaign', which included securing the capital funds required to construct the Dickson Poon University of Oxford China Centre building. The Campaign succeeded in raising the full cost of the building (£21million), in six years, from 2008-2014 and included a transformative gift of ten million pounds, from Hong Kong based philanthropist, Sir Dickson Poon, CBE, to name the China Centre building. I was responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of 120 major donor prospects as part of phase II of the University of Aberdeen's £150m 'Sixth Century Campaign' the vision of the former Vice Chancellor, the late Sir Duncan Rice.
