I supported job seekers who have been out of employment for 12+ months get back into work.• Identify Participant goals and their barriers to work.• Developing Participant job search strategy and skills by assisting with job searching, CV creation, interview techniques and identification skills.• Identifying SMART objectives to address their barriers and progress them towards employment by regularly reviewing and updating their Action Plan.• Motivating, encouraging and supporting Participant to achieve their goals.• Referring Participant to internal/external support.• Conducting case-conferencing with external agencies where appropriate to support the removal of barriers and progression towards employment.• Understand the labour market and engaging with local employers to identify suitable vacancies.• Maintaining Participant files on the system and ensuring that all interventions and activities are accurately captured.• Ensuring all prescribed company process, systems, and ethical standards are always met alongside all contract requirements.• Preparing for and completing caseload reviews with line manager.

In response to the pandemic, the DHSC set up the Agile Lighthouse to test any COVID-19 research initiatives. Pilots would then be approved for industrialisation or disproved accordingly.• I would help project manage the live pilots, communicating with pilot owners and recommending suggestions in order to bring their ideas into a call centre setting.• I successfully led ´Be My Eyes´ which was a trial phase of an app for citizens with visual impairments, in order to support them with their COVID-19 tests at home. Due to its success, it was rolled out on a national level to 119 NHS.
