• Established independent dedicated Safety and Training teams to support the multiple facets of the Metering business.
• Part of the Metering Leadership team that completed the national roll out of the Metering Business. The roll I played was to lead transformational change in to the organization via leadership, business readiness.
• MPAS and MRA lead for the distribution business. Engagement with 3rd parties, other utility companies as well as Elexon and Ofgem.
