I have been working for DNA worldwide since 2009. I am a hard working individual that will always go the extra mile to ensure our clients get the support they need when they come to DNA worldwide. My role is to make sure the customer support team operate efficiently with the incoming cases as well as looking after my own cases, while I set up and provide training to our collection sites and nurses overseas and in the UK.
