With over 15 years of experience in human capital research, innovation, and leadership development, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Joyntly, an early-stage startup that leverages behavioral science and technology to create innovative solutions for employee development and organizational performance. I am also an angel investor and board member at Charlotte Angel Fund (Fund III), where I invest in early-stage entrepreneurs and startups in the southeastern U.S. Previously, I was a professor of organizational behavior at Wake Forest University School of Business, Southern Methodist University Business School, and USC Upstate College of Business and Economics, where I shared my knowledge and passion for organizational science with graduate and undergraduate students. I have a PhD in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and I have published multiple research articles on human resource management, leadership, and career development.
