With over 15 years of experience in human capital research, innovation, and leadership development, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Joyntly, an early-stage startup that leverages behavioral science and technology to create innovative solutions for employee development and organizational performance. I have a PhD in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and I have published multiple research articles on human resource management, leadership, and career development.
