I created a Gardening Guide as well as a Train the Trainer programme which produced 22 Reel Gardening Trainers. I adjusted this content for use in The Planting Revolution Mobile Application.I have also created an online Reel Gardening Volunteer Training Programme under my new venture, Hours 2 Impact. This programme includes a series of video's, and a downloadable workbook to create Volunteer Trainers. I have presented on Reel Gardening to various local and international conferences and forums including Demo Africa, Ag Innovation Showcase in St Louis, USA, Ag Innovation Investment Summit in Washington, USA, Amsterdam International Water Week, and the Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture in Abu Dhabi, amongst others. Reel Gardening is an innovative social enterprise that is working to change the way we think about for-profit business. From the development of a one-for-one business model to the establishment of an on the ground distribution network that makes Reel Gardening readily available in lower-income areas, Reel Gardening is finding new ways to make doing good, good for business.
