As the strategic delivery lead covering London and Essex, I notably led on the Way to Work campaign which nationally saw 500,000 people into work in a 6-month period, with 20% of those being in my districts.- Led on a National Go Look See campaign to identify and target performance variation across the area, to support sites with the delivery of Way to Work. This support focused on KPI’s like job start figures and attendance of claimants to employment events, as well as the conversion rates into job offers. I then wrote reports based upon the visits and recommendations I had given, presenting to the senior leadership teams and service leader of the district - Presented to my directors and senior leaders weekly, communicating our position with concise and clear data analysis and outlining next areas of focus in overcoming potential issues - Deputised extensively for my grade 7 to lead at a senior strategic level of Way to Work- Interviewed as vacancy holder for lead data analyst to continue importance of a data-led approach in my team

I led a central team within the Universal Credit Kickstart scheme, supporting employers across the London and Essex area in maximising support for young people moving into placements, supporting districts in performance management across London and Essex and building key external stakeholder relationships.- Led a team of 10, virtually, into a new scheme and new format of team not done before nationally- Managed performance across London and Essex to help achieve tens of thousands of young people starting placements, contributing to 25% of the placement starts nationally- Created and maintained key stakeholder relationships, being the point of contact for strategic partners (e.g., local authorities) throughout the Kickstart scheme - Created a blueprint for how a central team can support a group of districts, sharing this with colleagues in Scotland and the Midlands to set up their own central teams- Interviewed and constructed an effective central team to deliver project vision optimally

I engaged with 16–24 year-olds with multiple barriers to move them closer to the labour market, impacting the extensive margin of the labour market. - Advised and coached claimants with complex issues (health conditions, care leavers, homelessness, domestic violence, gang-related violence)- Developed relationships with the multiple stakeholders involved in the young people’s lives, leading on a multi-agency approach of support, namely: prison work coaches, the local council, support, social and care workers and provision representatives- I supported a team of 13 colleagues, addressing any problems, chairing meetings and encouraging focus around our department’s priorities at that time (namely the Kickstart scheme)
