Events and Commissions

Luxury division, covering four brands over 230 accounts in Eire. Ledger value approx €900k and up to €1.75 during peak. Chasing all debt via all communication methods, allocation of payments and account reconciliation. Less than 5% debt on overdue invoices. Issuing chase letters, statements, processing credits and handling all account queries. Problem resolution, liaising with stores, regional business managers, warehouse and head office to ensure complete resolution. Customer service issues such as delivery, merchandising invoice and dispatch. SAP System knowledge
