Having spent 30 years operating in the UK collision repair space with roles at major repair groups, network / claim management companies, plus many other projects across the supply chain, I started training as a coach in 2019 with a vision of becoming a coach and supporting the industry from a different angle. This vision came to life in 2023 when I started working full-time as a coach. I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) trained coach with a track record of delivering transformative coaching for all levels of leadership and management, working across multiple industries. I also act as a tactical thinking partner for business owners and leaders who benefit from a confidential space in which to build out the tactics needed to successfully achieve their broader strategic goals.
