Provided communications strategy and execution for clients including Healthscope and Futurity Investment Group. Currently working as a casual research assistant for the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre at La Trobe University.

External placement at the Monash University Health Service at the Caulfield campus where I developed further skills in providing individual assessment and treatment services for Monash University students , seeing up to four clients a day. Also delivered group mindfulness sessions for staff and students.

Placement at the La Trobe University Psychology Clinic where I developed skills in providing individual counselling to child and adult clients using treatment modalities of CBT and ACT and in delivering group programs for sleep and social anxiety. Conducted an adult cognitive assessment using the WAIS, WMS, and WIAT and a child cognitive assessment using the Mullen. Also gained experience in managing intake calls, and in writing reports and case notes.

Worked closely with Group Executive Business & Private Banking and members of the Leadership Team to support them in employee communications activities which drove employee engagement and helped employees understand their role in delivering on NAB's strategy. Internal communications manager for ANZ's wealth management area.

Responsible for public relations, issues management and spokesperson duties as a part of ANZ's media relations team.

Responsible to identifying operating risk issues for ANZ's technology area. This included developing risk assessments for major projects and working with teams to manage any outstanding audit issues.

Managed the end to end implementation of new functionality for ANZ's consumer internet banking service. This included working closely with business stakeholders, the IT team, the testing team and Internet Banking sales and call centre teams. Key projects include the introduction of online telegraphic transfers, travellers cheques and bank drafts; the ability to increase credit card limit online and an overhaul of the look & feel of the Internet Banking platform.

I originally volunteered with this organisation for experience in health policy skills and after writing a successful submission for funding, led a project to investigate peer and other support for GPs who work predominantly with patients with drug and alcohol addictions. This included 1:1 interviews and focus group conversations.

In this role I was responsible for answering the phone, taking messages for the GP, organising patient files, processing bulk billing payments and taking patient appointments. The GP in this clinic prescribed methadone and provided care to a number of homeless shelters in the area.
