Responsibilities include:•Pre-screening 60-70 resumes per day •Update HRM job postings and code applicants according to affirmative action disposition codes•Maintaining training records for 800 employees and subcontractors•Interviewing potential field employees•Assisting with the development of online learning •Development of training and quality control literature (Adobe InDesign)

Responsibilities include:• Proficient knowledge of Raleigh properties including: apartment features, amenity features, selling points, policies and procedures, and fair housing laws.• Meeting weekly application goals.• Following up daily with all prospective clients.• Maintaining client accounts and available to answer questions or concerns pertaining to their account.• Processing and approving all credit based applications and completing all documents in a timely manner.• Able to solve problems or fill needs of clients while maintaining company's policies and procedures. • Processing move-out paperwork• Reviewing client surveys; taking action when needed and following up with client until completion.• Completing weekly market surveys.
