Various kitchen and bar work, through and after university, gave way to temping for Manpower. This led to a full time job as a mortgage processor then customer service operator at The Abbey National. Whilst working in their call centre a part-time opportunity was advertised looking after studio audiences for Granada TV and doing this led to a job in their tape archives which I held for twelve months before being offered the opportunity to join the drama department.
