My career is based on customer service. I have 11 years retail experience and 5 years management experience. I was successfully signed off as Duty Manager for Tesco after 8months of training and promoted to Deputy Manager 3 months later. After my first year as manager I was recognised as a 'green' manager YTD as I have achieved all my personal targets as well as store targets. I have been jointly responsible for turning the store into an efficient profitable store and now have ambissions to progress in retail management to a new or higher role.I moved from Tesco to John Lewis after 11 years at the company to continue my career in a new environment.
