Kate has deep industry knowledge in the midstream segment of the energy industry with over 35 years experience. Currently Kate serves as an Independent Energy Consultant. Kate is a past member of the Board of Directors of Contanda LLC (previously Westway Group) where Kate was on the Personnel/Compensation and Audit Committees. Kate's broad range of capabilities are in business development, acquisitions and divestitures in the refined products pipelines, truck terminals, and export facilities, natural gas gathering, processing and fractionation and crude oil pipeline transportation. Kate's trading/marketing experience has been in refined products, natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil. Kate has transformed aspects of the industry by taking proven methods from one commodity to another commodity. Kate has owned her own midstream company, worked for a major oil company, pipeline companies and one of the largest Master Limited Partnerships, Enterprise Products Partners. Kate is an Advisor for the Carl McCain Memorial Foundation, Member of the Board of the Wesley Community Center and member of the Founders Circle for the Ensemble Theater.Kate graduated from Babson College where she earned a double major in Accounting and Finance.
