• Support farm mission as part of a team or individually as assigned, in a variety of tasks including planting, cultivation, harvest, processing, and preparing customer orders.

• Conducted national search to identify relevant candidates for sustainability research study of small food business owners as part of selective internship.• Reached out to 60+ business owners; held in-depth interviews with 12 to evaluate their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices using Triple Bottom Line framework.• Synthesized quantitative and qualitative interview data on improving resilience in small food businesses; presented in a conference break-out session at Universities Fighting World Hunger 2019.

• Developed curriculum, led courses, and managed all program aspects including budget.• Trained and oversaw assistant teacher in engaging students aged 10 to 12 in hands-on learning.

• Implemented farm systems designed to increase efficiency, precision, and environmental sustainability.• Cared for 200 laying hens, integrated into vegetable production through rotational pasture system.
