Creation and implementation of employee training program.Writes standard procedures, process specifications, and work instructions.Prepares testing reportsWrites and implements corrective actions as a response to an internal audit in preparation for an ISO audit, as well as in response to customer complaints.Coordinates inspection activities, and assists teams in problem solving.Updates and maintains graphs and charts concerning scrap, employee status and housekeeping.Assists and fill in for Production Scheduling, and Reception.
