• Responsible for the planning and delivery of four exclusive enclosures at the British Grand Prix with a budget of over £1 million. Full project management from concept through to delivery, including budgeting, structures, soft fit, entertainment, services, catering and staffing.• Account managed the Mahiki project for the British Grand Prix with a six-figure budget, liaising with stake holders to deliver the Mahiki enclosure throughout the day, which then turned into the Mahiki nightclub at night, running for 3 consecutive days and nights over the Grand Prix.• Project managed the Mahiki Nightclub over The British Grand Prix, sourcing and managing headliner DJ’s including Jax Jones, Sigma and Shift K3Y. Organising contracts, riders and logistics.• Dorna (Moto GP Management) liaison throughout the Moto GP weekend, including organising the podium, Media interviews, managing the build, delivery and de-rig of the TV compound and their offices.

• Event Manager for Aston Martin – managing and delivering client track days, from registration to in car action.• Managed the Mahiki Nightclub and Enclosure at the British Grand Prix for 3 consecutive days and nights for 1200 people. This involved working with the stakeholders to deliver the first nightclub to open after Covid Lockdown.• Appointed as Zone Manager at The British Grand Prix to oversee a team of 20+ staff and the complex responsibilities involved in delivering such an event.• Wedding event manager at Sulgrave Manor, organising and delivering Civil Ceremonies and receptions for up to 200 people. • Corporate events manager for various different companies, managing events ranging from conferences, exhibitions, dinners, and corporate driving events for up to 1000 guests and six figure budgets.

• Oversaw all aspects of the planning and delivery of corporate events and weddings at Silverstone, including events held in the 12,500m2 Silverstone Wing.• Managed a team of 7 full time event managers who organised and delivered all corporate events at Silverstone circuit including conferences, exhibitions, dinners, weddings and track days.• Collaborated with the sales Department in actively selling the venue to prospective clients by attending networking functions, conducting site visits, and assisting with proposals.• Managed large event budgets up to £500,000.• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, monitoring performance & coaching a team of 10 + full time staff.• Oversaw catering procedures being bought in-house and coordinated with staff to create a cohesive, cooperative team committed to premium guest service and optimum profitability.• Oversaw all health and safety regulations, risk assessments and requirements, ensuring all relevant documentation and procedures were adhered to.

• Managed a wide variety of different events at Silverstone Circuit for up to 10,000 people.• Organised and delivered a successful European driving event for Rolls Royce, where I was responsible for 5 Rolls Royce Phantoms, drivers and support crew, hosting events in various cities on behalf of the dealerships.• Managed the Audi driving experience at Silverstone which involved managing the fleet of 20 vehicles, organising all aspects of the event including pre-event registration, on the day management and post event reconciliation.• Processed post-event reconciliation including invoices and de-briefs.• Developed risk assessments for each event to ensure optimum safety of all staff, guests and equipment involved in every event.

• Oversaw the restructuring of the previously two separate teams - conference and banqueting and amalgamated them into one cohesive department. • Managed a team of 30+ conference and banqueting staff. • Accountable for all events taking place within the 70 meeting rooms at the hotel including conferences, dinners, weddings and meetings.• Successfully led and developed a £1,000,000 corporate contract for the De Vere group.

• Supported the Stadium Operations Manager to supervise 2000+ conference and banqueting delegates weekly, and 1500 dinners on a match day with an annual turnover of £6,000,000.• Assisted in the organisation and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and dinners held at the stadium.

• Built and developed relationships with customers to increase business and drive service standards within the Conference & Events department.
