Currently a second-year student at Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. I intend to major in Computer Science, but my interests spread beyond the scientific scope. I believe that skills learned through computer science are becoming increasingly applicable in all fields, whether it be entertainment, advertising, or education. I'm very interested in how computer science can be used to bring people together and foster positive interactions and relationship. The concept of machine learning, language models, and artificial intelligence has always been fascinating to me, and I believe despite the intricacies of employing AI in society there are many innovations that can come from it, as long as we do so thoughtfully. Technology's abilities to intertwine and collaborate with so many different fields is very interesting to me, whether it be for performance art (theatre, music, dance), video games, music, or smart-cities.I've participated in hackathons, robotics competitions, group projects, and internships that exercise and strengthen skills necessary to work in computer science in a team setting, and am currently an intern for EXPLR Media.
