CurrentProvide leadership and oversight of the financial reporting system used by the majority of the Florida State University System(FLSUS). Assist the Board of Governors in review of the FLSUS financial statements. Serve as liaison between FLSUS Controller’s offices and the state Auditor General, Board of Governors, Department of Financial Services, State Treasury and Department of Education. Complete budget analysis and forecasting. Organize, plan and facilitate ICOFA and subcommittee meetings. Update Financial Statement Guide and Accounting Financial System Manual. Perform research on accounting, legal and regulatory issues for the University Controllers. Manage surveys requested by ICOFA members. Responsible for researching and drafting legislative changes for University Controllers. Complete the annual PECO interest allocation for FLSUS. Prepare annual consortium budget. Monitor and update ICOFA SharePoint site. Manage all administrative processes for the ICOFA consortium.
