I am a specialist Housing Management Associate within the Bevan Brittan Housing team. I provide advice and support to public sector clients and clients operating in the public services market, in particular housing associations and providers of social housing. I assist clients in the sector tackle anti-social behaviour and manage their crucial housing stock. We also advise on policy matters, leasehold management and various issues from succession and allocation to the problems presented by abandonment.I regularly provide training sessions on anti-social behaviour and topics of particular importance to social landlords such as the recent introduction of the Housing and Planning Act 2016. I also work closely with Resolve ASB and present regular seminars to members on the most pressing issues and important updates within the sector

I started South West Law as a paralegal in 2006 specialising in Education matters. I qualified at the firm and moved into a solicitor role within the Housing team at the firm. South West Law are a small legal aid funded firm and I acted for tenants facing housing difficulties throughout my time at the firm.
