I launched this business in 2019 working solely with educators around NZ. Since then I got a fancy certificate from the International Coaching Federation and I now coach middle leaders from a heap of different industries all over the South Pacific. Ultimately, Coaching CoLab is all about helping you to LOVE the absolute pants off of the mahi that you do each day - and I reckon that's worth getting right!Early in 2024, my partner Rob Bull and I realised that our strengths in life, and business complimented each other particularly well. So not only did we buy a house together - we merged parts of our businesses together and relaunched Plexus Consulting.
