Delivering Bridging English language courses to international students in preparation for attending University of Queensland for further education within Australia using the online environment and in person.

I was working on the educational activities and construction of different facets of the expanding Solve! Education platform. This included analysis of data, evaluation of current activities, expansion of activities and review of language used in the platform.

Teaching a variety of subjects, mainly Indonesian but also French, English, Information Technology, Workplace Learning and Mathematics. Creating and maintaining programs, records, assessments for students from varying backgrounds.Creating mainstream and concurrent programming for students with special needs including; physical disabilities, non-English speaking backgrounds, mental health problems, diagnosed learning disabilities and social disorders.Providing literacy and numeracy support for students unable to meet minimum targets. Managing diverse classrooms; including students from low socio-economic backgrounds, indigenous students, students living out of home and students with little or no first language literacy.Engaging students in meaningful learning experiences designed to develop understanding of a variety of cultures.Creating and running a sister school arrangement to bring Indonesian students to Australia and Australian students to Indonesia. Running a Public Speaking and Debating team; to encourage students to speak with thought.I am currently on leave from the school for study purposes, however this is still my permanent place of employment.

Learning and teaching the use of electronics in particular programming and coding of small devices for maximum potential and reduction of waste (in all forms). Training local teachers in the program with particular emphasis on the reduction of consumption of electricity and production of waste when using modern devices.

Setting up and maintaining a new teaching bursary being jointly operated by Apex Australia and Apex Indonesia. This involves sourcing adequate housing for teachers, creation of programs for teaching in government junior high schools with a lower than average socio-economic index rating in Mataram, Lombok. Creating and maintaining teacher specific English courses for beginners and more experienced users of English. Reporting to stakeholders in relation to the effect of the program and helping to raise the profile of international educational programs. Approaching and recruiting appropriate staff to continue the program.
