As the Assistant Operations Manager at Vicinity Centres, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various shopping centres, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of customer service, safety, and compliance. I work with a team of professionals to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for our guests, tenants, and stakeholders.In addition to my core duties, I also take on project management roles for large-scale developments, such as refurbishments, expansions, and reconfigurations. I coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure the timely and successful completion of these projects, while managing the budget, quality, and risks. Furthermore, I lead initiatives in emergency management and health & safety, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance the security and well-being of our staff and visitors.
