Kate’s firm negotiation skills coupled with her meticulous attention to detail enable her to deliver professional results in an efficient manner. Kate's primary focus is working with first time homebuyers and move up buyers and sellers. With over $20 million in real estate transactions under her belt while in California, she has an uncanny ability to locate and market the best properties for her clients, anywhere. "My goal is to ensure that my clients are always confident in my ability to negotiate the best possible terms for their real estate investments." Kate received her degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) of San Francisco. Her keen sense of design led her to launch a staging company in 2005 where she was the lead designer for all properties in the design portfolio. She has since moved on to focusing 100% of her energies into real estate, but her staging and design acumen gives her a competitive edge when it comes to counseling her clients on how to visually market and prepare their homes to obtain the highest value. Kate is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and continues to educate herself to ensure she is always current on industry trends. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with close friends, traveling, golfing, reading and watching movies. Now a permanent New Jersey resident, Kate is also a part of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, as well as the Easter Bergen County Board of Realtors.
