- Strategize on behalf of an international membership to ensure members have access to engaging, entertaining, and educational virtual and in-person programming on a variety of topics including DEI, mental health, leadership, and more- Ensure CMA's positioning and resources are dedicated to improving the lives of people who work within the music industry, including professional support, workforce development, and more

- Plan, create, and schedule all email communication weekly to 7,600 subscribers worldwide- Plan and execute strategies to support and uplift the music industry community, including providing resources for COVID-19 relief- Oversee operations for CMA EDU, CMA's collegiate professional development program that supports and empowers college students to step into their careers with confidence

-Oversee all day-to-day operations CMA EDU, CMA's collegiate professional development program for college students pursuing a career in the music industry-Strategize and develop CMA EDU initiatives to best meet business objectives-Work 1-on-1 with 60-100 students per year to prepare them and give them the resources they need to step into their careers with confidence-Oversee all programming for CMA EDU, including educational events/webinars, a mentorship program, on-site events during tours, and more-Assist in the job placement of recent college graduates-Plan and execute annual CMA EDU Leadership Summit, a 3-day conference for student leaders that includes professional development, music industry education, networking, and more

-Office and on-site work with the 90-year-old family business in the music industry-Klein's books entertainment for fairs, festivals, corporate events, and more.-Revising and packaging contracts, attending meetings, preparing for and attending conventions, on-site day-of-show responsibilities, and other duties as deemed necessary-Events cover a wide range including concerts, comedians, motorsports, circuses, grounds entertainment, etc.

-Creating and planning media communications-Handling the corporate blog, including creating a calendar of blog topics as well as writing, editing, and posting all blog posts-Writing original copy for social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest-Creating site images, conference materials, and infographics when needed-Conducting relevant research into the market and staying up to date on trends in the industry-Maintaining a consistent brand image across all media outlets

-Assisting in the implementation of CMA's community outreach initiatives, including CMA EDU, CMA's college outreach business development program, and CMA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Country Music Association supporting music education-Working alongside CMA's marketing, digital media, communications, and other departments to ensure a consistent and powerful brand message in all communications, including various social media platforms-Assisting the Senior Manager of Community Outreach on all related duties and projects, including CMA Festival, the 2016 CMA EDU Executive Summit, and the 50th CMA Awards

- Serve as the primary spokesperson for all events and activities within the chapter, as well as effectively leading a group of 4-6 executive members and assistant executive members- Liaise between students at Ohio State and employees at CMA (Country Music Association) in Nashville- Plan and execute all events and promotional projects while delegating relevant duties to executive team members
