I'm currently working in System Design to understand Rehabilitation at ACC end to end. Our teams objective is to deeply understand current state. I love coaching people to help them see and be the best version of themselves, and inspire my colleagues to strive for excellence. I believe that building strong relationships to gain a shared understanding of perspectives is integral to achieving greatness in an organisation. I lead with empathy, curiosity and passion. I come from a Contact Centre background which drives my dedication to continuously search for the optimal customer experience. I'm also a Photographer and run my own business with people-centered photography as my calling. Weddings, portraits, documentary and film is what I love most! Outside of work I love to travel, run and spend my time with my loved ones.
