Using the game of basketball to increase chances at the game of life for at-risk, marginalised youth. With a focus on Indigenous and culturally diverse communities, Bounce delivers unique basketball programs that builds resilience among young people at risk, using innovation through basketball, education and employment programs to create 'out of reach' opportunities that inspire and motivate change.

After leaving corporate roles I went independent, in 2013 founding a high-performance consulting and training business called E3 Strategies that worked to uplift or transform leadership and revenue results in global organisations . In 2016, I added to this when I co-founded Juggle Strategies, a consultancy way ahead of its time that worked with global organisations to think strategically about workplace flexibility and implement it for sustainable high performance. We are proud to have supported tens of thousands of people around the world adapt almost instantly to remote work in the pandemic and iterate their hybrid models in the uncertain years since. I also co-founded a B2C tech start up called melo, focused on the important mission of reducing the mental load for dual income working families. Ultimately, we learned a lot, I'm proud of the amazing work we delivered for wonderful clients over these 10 years and enjoyed collaborating with my co-founders. I decided to close this career chapter at the end of 2023 to focus on Wyda, the business I founded in 2019 which brings together the best learning and high-performance behaviour interventions from all of these experiences, along with studying my Masters in Coaching Psychology and contributing on the board of not-for-profit Charity Bounce.

In this period of my career I held various roles in large corporations in Australia and APAC. From early roles as a business analyst in finance teams that gave me the holistic view of organisational success, through to B2B international bilateral negotiations underpinning large commercial relationships, to leading B2B enterprise sales teams directly pursuing growth and customer experience, through to leading commercial operations scaling repeatable growth and leading transformation projects. I had caught the bug of change, of helping people, and organisations challenge norms and find new ways to grow and I left corporate life to have the freedom to explore that challenge with a wide variety of organisations around the world. I've never looked back.
