ResponsibilitiesChecking & Identifying fraudulent documents in loan files at pre sanction stage.Handling a profile where basic priority is to curb or identify the fraudulent documents and profile of the customer.Fraud Investigating/studying the case i.e.,the documents submitted by the customer to the bank for availing loan from the bankDiscuss and implement various strategies with the client for the better process to bring down the delinquency of a product.Handled risky and high profile products like Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Commercial vehicles and Commercial equipment loans, mortgage loans(HL,LAP) etc...Handling and Motivation to the team for achieve the team target and prevent the fraud.Kept maintained monthly & yearly MIS tracker with all data.KYC check of all loan application which comes to RCU.Background verification of Applicant/Business in case of any suspicious triggers while doing the screening of loan application.
