As an Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) provider, I play a critical role in supporting the multidisciplinary treatment team and the clients we serve. My primary responsibility is to deliver 1:1 intervention to children enrolled in the EIDBI program, working under the guidance of the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and Lead Providers to ensure each child's individual treatment plan is implemented effectively to achieve their developmental goals. I contribute to two key programs: the Preschool Autism Day Treatment Program, where I utilize the Greenspan Floortime/DIR (Development – Individual Differences – Relationship) model to promote social and emotional development through targeted, play-based activities, and the Family Program, where I collaborate with a mental health team to provide therapeutic preschool services to children aged two to six, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges in home and school environments.My role involves providing direct interventions to support functional skill development, maintaining and organizing the treatment environment, and ensuring accurate documentation of client progress to support the overall success of the treatment program.
