 Part of the Backoffice team, which handle the recruitment of 3 internal clients (IT Industry). Responsible for the purchase of JobStreet credits, monitor the expiry date of the credits and liaise with the respective person regarding the extension (if necessary). Responsible for the posting of job advertisement at JobStreet. Maintain good relationship with the hiring manager to understand about hiring requirements and forecast of new headcount. Responsible for the sourcing of candidates whenever there are job orders received from hiring manager. Ensure smooth interview process and deliver offer to shortlisted candidate. Prepare and maintain the documentation of offer letter for shortlisted candidate. Prepare the recruitment status update report. Responsible for staff on-boarding process and conduct orientation for new staffs. Perform background check for shortlisted candidates. Responsible for company’s referral program. Prepare the salary benchmarking report on an annual basis. Prepare a summary report to evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies. Search for new recruitment agencies and liaise with the new agencies on TOB. Maintain HR and recruitment records. Organize company events like company trips, annual dinner, and host E-party session for the company.

 Transfer Pricing team Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation for the clients. Responsible for benchmarking, industry study and data analysis. Responsible for scheduling meetings with clients and stakeholders. Assist team lead in information retrieve and gather from different sources (e.g. clients, database, external websites, etc.) Ensure tasks and projects are completed within given timeline. Prepare appendixes upon completion of reports. Responsible for billing on clients. Responsible for office documentation and filling. Client portfolio (i.e. Axiata Group, TSH Group, Supermax Group, Paramount)
