Prepared files for annual audits, performed annual client recertifications, submitted quarterly reports to Office of Economic Development.• Maintained a caseload of approximately 45 participants living with HIV/AIDS. Conducted needs assessments, treatment planning/goal setting, referring and advocating with other community service providers, entered participant data into CAREWare and HMIS data systems.
