- Primary liaison between clients and the agency. Establish and grow client relationships in order to collaborate on strategic initiatives, integrated marketing efforts and day-to-day creative needs.- Direct and manage simultaneous campaigns and projects, from campaign/project brief development through launch; occasionally, responsible for both the account management and project management.- Analyze metrics, draw conclusions and present results and recommendations to clients clearly and concisely.- Plan large-scale strategic communication initiatives with integrated projects within the campaign timeline that accomplish the client goals.- Forecast accurately to ensure management and other departments can appropriately resource for upcoming work.- Assist in the development of repeatable and scalable processes internally.- Onboard and train existing and new team members onto accounts, agency standards and process management.
