Kate's extensive experience as an R.G .N. and S.C.M within Health Care, both in U.K. and abroad has provided her with a comprehensive view of health. In addition her Master's in Public Health Medicine and her Post Graduate Diploma in Person Centred Counselling have given her an in-depth knowledge of just how much, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing, is an essential component of the human condition.Whilst she has meditated twice daily herself, for over ten years, her current interest in Mindfulness and Capacitar Training has led her to broaden her knowledge and experience within this field even further.Kate intends to continue within her senior NHS management role however,she is increasing her commitment as a Counsellor,Mindfulness Practicioner and Weight Management Coach.She is now actively involved in delivering Mindfulness courses and one to one coaching in Eating and other Health related issues,.She believes now more than ever, that true health and wellbeing encompasses every aspect of the person:Body, Mind & Spirit " I now believe that "wellness" centres in the " Mind, Body and Spirit "and that while conventional medicine continues to care for people in a compartmentalised manner, we will continue to fail to provide true "person centred care".
